BRISBANE QUALITY TYRES

There are plenty of PROFESSIONAL tyre fitters you could use beside these backyard butchers. Got 4 new tyres put on, the amatuer workers here did not do the wheel nuts up resulting in me losing a wheel while driving and now I have no car. These guys are dangerous, if you value your and your families lives do not use them

Don’t go to this tyre shop. Sold me used tyres as new. Bloody thiefs. Wheel balancing is useless. Redone again. Put air fir the tyres over the limit. These people don’t know anything.

Price might be cheap. But 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!!!If you concern safety, DONT GO here.One of my tyre was broken ( the rim was damaged and distorted which i didnt know at the beginning) and the rest was old so i decided to change all four. The staff changed all four and told me good to go. I got back on road , the first red light, the driver in next line told me my wheel swing horrible and going to fall apart. I went back and they told me i need to buy a new rim. They said they dont have stock but introduce me to their sister store from the same owner. And they Charge me the fitting again! Horrible Business!

Did wheel balance + alignment at this place. Alignment and balance were okay, but the guy who put wheels back on managed to cross-thread one of the nuts. Both the nut and the stud are properly busted now and need replacement, with them being on special order the car is unserviceable for a week now.These things do happen and are neither expensive nor difficult to fix, but what baffled me is the complete denial of wrongdoing from the boss there. Not their fault he said, they are not mechanics (!) he said. Well, partly true as there are no proper wrenches there, guys use adjustable wrenches to do the alignment. But at least could've admitted the fault, maybe made a little refund to cover at least the cost of the part? Nope. Stud+nut cost only $20, still in complete denial. Imagine how ugly things turn out when they make a bigger mistake? No warranty here people. And some unqualified people busting your lug nuts and then denying any problems. Dangerous place!

This was not my first experience with this tyre company. I am impressed with their hard work their capacity to be flexible and negotiate costs and do the work while you watched them
