I’m visiting Australia from the US and really needed a haircut. I kept putting it off but when I walked by Hair by Sam Park in Surry Hills, I just had a feeling I should ask if he has time available. As it turned out, he was able to cut and style my hair right away. He was really thoughtful and considerate to ask me what I wanted and what I preferred before the shampoo. I really appreciated that he used two capes so that I wouldn’t get itchy after he cut my hair. He helped make suggestions that would suit my hair type.I didn’t realize that I had walked in near or even after closing time. Sam didn’t seem to mind and took time to style my hair and even curl it.I was really happy with the cut and style. I think he’s very talented and I’m just sad I can’t go back more often since I live in the US. If only I lived in Australia!

Sam is a excellent hairdresser, very patient and polite. Reasonably priced and being a ex Hairdresser myself, I’m very particular. Sam did a great job. Will definitely be going back.

Eddy has been my stylist for over 10 years. He is the most amazing hair stylist that can produce the most beautiful colours. Sam the owner of the salon did not cut any corners with their products, they use a Swedish brand called Naturique which leaves you feeling satisfied and beautiful.They should definitely charge more! If you know what good quality and service is you will happily pay more. Thank you Sam and Eddy for making my day and making us feel beautiful!

Fantastic experience and products. I spoke with Sam and Eddie did my hair. Both are so friendly and nice. Love Eddie’s cut and colour work. The organic colour makes my hair look healthy and shiny. I highly recommend and I would return!

Sam is absolutely fabulous, a true professional, he takes the time to consult with you about your hair and what you want. The salon is cute, modern and very comfortable. I am thrilled with the results, gorgeous fresh bright blonde locks and my hair has never felt more healthy! My new Sydney go-to salon!

Sam is great and always willing to accommodate last minute changes. Sam consults well on each visit and makes great suggestions. I have found my haircuts and color to be the best I've had in years and they style really easily for a good 3-4 weeks after seeing SamThe salon is also starting to look amazing, as the additional stations, held up in production due to covid, are now in place. Sam has created a great new salon with a clean bright and stylish design. I enjoy my visits. I've been there 4 times now.
