Paul from Gungahlin Towing was able to assist me last November at 6:30pm on a friday. I had just cooked my BMW X5 in the McDonalds drive-thru at Kippax. I only required short distance tow so I wanted to use a local towing service in Belconnen in hope of minimising costs.Paul was busy at the time, but assured me that he could assist within the hour. True to his word he was in attendance before I could finish my frozen coke. I only required tow to Higgins. Price was very reasonable. Thanks Paul.

Stewie did a great job. Found a part that was referred to as ‘harder to find than unicorn shit’ and removed from the vehicle for me. Price was good.He made sure I got what I needed - so a couple extra bits were included.I’ll be back.

Rang the day before and was told a part was available (external mirror). Turned up and waited for yonks at the counter after ringing the bell and then was waved vaguely towards a car at the back of the block. Went down and looked and the part wasn't on the car. Tried to get someone's attention see if there was another car or if they'd pulled it off for me after I rang, but staff were too busy talking to one another, so left. There is no option above to give zero stars, hence one star.
