Knowledgeable, reliable, friendly.I've been a few times now for my bikes. I recently had a few issues with a new bike I bought from a larger dealer because it was the last in stock in Victoria. While other bike shops would hurry me along, not answer questions or explain things, I found the staff at Le Tour much more friendly and helpful. He even fixed my bike for free. Definitely recommend.

This cafe was very good， coffee is very good. They service good food and staffs are very nice. I like they home made cake, it was so amazing.

This review is not a criticism of this small business, instead it is a feedback and I hope the business owner takes it seriously. I will update it if I hear back from them.In my opinion, service businesses run of two things: integrity and smile.We visited this cafe on an elderly neighbour's suggestion who wanted to visit the cafe too. A warm coffee and a sandwich towards the end of a brisk walk is a good reward. However, upon entering we were greeted with indifference and the baristas didn't notice our greetings. Cafe wasn't busy at all then. I must mention the gentleman at the cycle shop inside who was welcoming.Secondly, coffee + sandwich is priced at $15. We were charged for them separately. Sadly I noticed that too late.Coffee was okay. Cafe can be noisy if cycle repair work is going on. Sandwich was good. There is plenty of parking around the cafe as it is located at a strategic location near there train station.

I bought a bike light from them. I didn't use it much for a while because it was spring but once I started using it in Winter it broke. I contacted them and they were strangely unhelpful, saying they couldn't do a refund unless I returned both the broken light and the USB charger cable it came with. They also asked me to return both lights, apparently not realising that the product they had sold me only ever included one light. Pretty poor form!

I bought a rear rack for my bike online, the quality and the price are the best. I had some enquires about the product which i did by email they answered me fast; because the prompt response I could buy the item which suit my bike.The delivery was really quick in 24 hours I received the item.The product is light weight, and easy to assemble. And it fitted perfectly to my road bike.Good experience with this store

A friendly professional mechanist !Many thanks to Matt! I pass by this little shop every morning and wondering to get my bike serviced here next time, my bike chain was broken last Sunday and I got a chance to take to Matt for help, it only took him minute to put back on and also help me adjusted the brake for a really low price, highly recommend!

Disasterious service. I ordered some food online in their group chat, but when I got there they didn't have any left, so I had to wait almost half an hour for food I ORDERED and 10 minutes for a SEAT RESERVATION.The blatant marketing is also quite unbelievable, when people were in queue waiting for a specific dish, they would try to sell other foods. There's no problem with this technically, but it gives off bad vibes.Seriously disappointed.

I would like to thank this company for the best follow up customer service I have had in many years.The e-mail is not signed by a person, so I address it to the team.I made an online order, and was contacted via e-mail that an item was out of stock. This back and forth delayed the other items being posted. As a good will gesture the company sent the rest of the items express post in an effort for them to arrive on time, and credited me my money back for the missing item, and included a substitute for the missing item.I give them the highest praise and gratitude. Thank you again team

Thank you very much Matt for fixing my bike so quickly!I highly recommend Matt. He is very friendly and knowledgable. Other bike shops have to book in to even get them to look at it but Matt said I could just bring it in right away. He looked at it and got it fixed in no time at a very reasonable price! I am very happy and I highly recommend Matt and Le Tour Cycles!
