Went once before and was extremely satisfied, very happy. Booked another appt with same stylist but when I arrived there was another stylist. Thought would be ok , but nope. Made a mess of my hair. Not happy. If you book for a particular stylist and then she is not available I think the salon has a duty to inform you prior to you arriving. Not happy. Will not return

Love this local salon, Lilly and Meri are awesome hairdressers they listen, they care, once you find a good hairdresser why go anywhere else, such an important service for many women, these are the best and it's very reasonable prices too.Thank you for all your hard work over the years looking after my hair, I wouldn't go anywhere else.Diane

Booked my 14 month old to have a haircut, he wasn’t upset, didn’t cry or scream, he was quiet and looked a bit unsure about the clippers going to the back of his head, which is understandable, I wouldn’t expect a 14 month old to sit perfectly still, not look at what’s happening and feel completely comfortable. Hairdresser didn’t even try, just refused to do it. Waste of my time.

The first time I went there I was very pleased,I had a beautiful hair cut.However,booking a subsequent appointment was impossible.Tried several times to call during business hours,but the phone was unanswered.Eventually I gave up and went elsewhere.I understand that it can get busy and short staffed,but maybe use an answering machine so people can be contacted later?

I love the fact that Meraki is down the road and super convenient but the work Lily does is exceptional. People dont often rate a local hairdresser, thinking you need to go to the big name salons, but I am telling you Meraki is BETTER than the big salons. Service is great, quality items are used, the prices are affordable and Lily listens to what you want. I thoroughly recommend Meraki to anyone in the Swan View and surrounds area. Joh Rafferty
