James was very prompt in his response and all follow up emails. He helped me with the process of scanning and sending my photograph to him.Very happy with the results! Only took a couple of days and he’s been great about follow up questions.

I was extremely nervous with precious photos of my children which had been badly damaged and there were no negatives. I did not know this company or James at all. What I received was professional polite and caring service. The restored photos were amazing and the customer care was top notch. I sent an old, damaged colour photo to James to see what he could do with it. He got back to me immediately. After a few more emails with a review of drafts, and some photo shopped additions of missing parts, the result was beautiful. James sent a high quality print on archival paper which has now been framed. Very pleased with all of my dealings with Flashback Photo. Highly recommended.

I have been recommending James and Flashback Photo to many of my friends - actually raving (and I'm usually conservative about my praise) about the quality of their amazing photo restoration work. An image of my grandfather from 1935 had faded terribly, with my grandmother having taken ballpoint ink to draw in the fading features back in the 1950's. Well, a clean and beautifully restored image was returned to me, far surpassing any expectations that I originally had. Great work from a master at his craft.

As a Christmas present for my Granny, we wanted to have the only picture she has of her son who passed away at 1 year old restored. The original photo we sent in was very blurry and tiny. What James and his team sent back was just absolutely incredible. The details they were able to bring to this picture, and enlarge it so my Granny can now see the picture clearly.We are beyond happy with their services!

An absolutely amazing company, I needed a photo restored and could not find anyone in the USA to help me. I had emailed James and he was such an amazing help and was able to get all the details and information regarding my photo. He restored it to absolutely perfection. I have had several old photos restored and colourised over the past few years by James at Flashback Photo Co and the results have been exceptional. His skill and talent magically bring old photos to life and yet he still retains a definite sense of the past with his muted colours. In the latest photo James has colourised for me he has captured not only the colours but also the light beautifully in an outdoor scene. I highly recommend James; his work is outstanding.
