What a shop this is. An outstanding range of excellent, interesting wines at highly competitive prices. The friendly service is second to none, from speed of delivery and responsiveness to the detail and care in packaging, which ensures there is little risk of damage with even the clumsiest courier. Great work. Highly recommended.

We found Different Drop because they have the special wines we craved but weren't easy to find elsewhere. Planning drinks for our wedding we reached out to see how they could help with a bulk order. Not only did offer an excellent price their customer service with our other questions around shipping dates, storage etc was excellent. Not only that but they offered to source other wines for us that were not already in stock. Can't recommend the team enough - especially Corbin who just made everything a breeze!

I would 200% recommend this shop. They have amazing wines I could not find anywhere else. Despite that, silly little me ordered the wrong one and Jacob assisted me in a lovely manner. There was no fuss, I was guided every step of the way about how to exchange the wine for the one I wanted and the process was really smooth and easy. I would have totally understood if they didn’t accept my request for a refund or exchange as it was totally my mistake but they went above and beyond. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Delivery was also flawless and quick. All in all a fantastic experience.

An amazing company! Great wines that are tricky to find anywhere else, but whats even better is the speed of the service. I ordered on Tuesday and had the wine in my hands before 10am Wednesday.Bonus marks for actually delivering correct vintages too that some of the bigger players fail to do or even substitute with wines from other regions.Love your work Different Drop!

I've used Different Drop several times. Most heavily around Xmas (pick up) and recently used their delivery service.Excellent on all fronts with the wide range of wines and price points.Comms have always exceeded my expectations and they stock the type of interesting wines I'm into.Worth trying out if you haven't already.

Shop elsewhere for fast delivery and shipping updates. Terrible communication around Xmas delivery out of state - no info in cart check out or order confirmation regarding this. Ordered 2.30pm on the 21st Dec, could not reach DD on phone until 30th re missing order and informed I will not be receiving order until '4th or 5th' of January. No sms updates, no emails with estimated shipping, no apologies. 2 days? try 2 weeks.
