Really lovely experience. All team members are lovely to speak to. Secured a rental very quickly and have had excellent communication thus far. Lyndall and Georgia have been fantastic.

Nekti was seriously unprofessional acting for a vendor we were buying from. He tried to bully us into signing a contract (as first home buyers) before we had legal advice. We almost pulled the pin on the sale just based on his poor behaviour.

Professionalism at its best!My wife and I had a very unique situation that we had found ourselves in, this was also very emotional to say the least. Our new home in Maiden Gully came on the market, and without hesitation, we were onto it straight away. Toby heard our story and was so professional and at the same time empathetic to our situation whilst still maintaining outstanding relationships between his vendors and his perspective buyers, to arrive at a sale that both parties were happy with. I would have no trouble dealing with Toby again, or anyone at Bendigo Real Estate that has the same ethics and approach that Toby has shown. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

We just renovated and re-leased a unit in Junortoun and had a fantastic experience with the BRE team. Maddy, Lyndall and Jemma were incredibly helpful, professional, responsive and most of all really great at communication every step of the way. We found the perfect tenant and are so pleased with the way it has all worked out. Highly recommend BRE, big thanks to Maddy in particular, she is a pleasure to work with!

I can not express how much everyone at Bendigo Real Estate has helped myself and my children in getting into a new home. Lyndall was ready to answer any questions I had before moving in. Doing all the leg work for me to get into the home quickly. Since moving in Georgia and Nicollett have gone above and beyond to answer all of my calls and help me get any problem sorted that day or the next. If I can't be done immediately, I am kept in the loop via email at every step. Bendigo Real Estate go above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier being a new tenant of theirs.

Bendigos Worst* Real Estate. Terrible for landlords, terrible for tenants. AvoidJust a quick reply to the bre team who cant find a record (no suprise their useless), house was 270 Holdsworth road, You started with a condition report with no issues, I amended it and you didn't even read it before handing it to the landlord if you remember that really awkward meeting of the landlord grilling your team, then you didn't pass on the details when we moved in and all the tap seals were stuffed when we had the water turned on, not a single inspection was done (accept the intial one after the landlord saw what i wrote in the condition report that you didnt even look at and losted no issues trying to steal our bond), you held onto our bond until we threatened legal action then magically it appears within a day.The friends that continued to rent the house were met with the same issues of you being completely incompetent. The landlord was disgusted and we just ended up contacting them directly, as renters you treated us like garbage. Now years later you still send me spam even after asking you not to.So in short,Renters read everything as this scummy realesate will try to con you.Landlords, don't let them manage your property as they won't even bother to do the minimal work.Hope that update helps.

I have had a very positive experience with Bendigo Real Estate right from the open house through to collecting the keys. Jemma has provided prompt and open communication, has answered any questions and provided guidance with completing forms if I required it. I can not speak highly enough of their excellent service and professionalism. Thank you Jemma, Nekti and Nellie.

Property management review (client for nearly 10 years and review based on multiple interactions):Communication: extremely poor within property management team and with clientsTransparency: information given is often inaccurate and vagueAccountability: Requires prompts to own mistakes and display integrity, and enact promises made in a timely way.Quality: Missed at least 3 lease endings and very obvious damage to property a number of times. Required prompts to resolve this in full.If you're wanting to not manage your property yourself and keep it in good condition, I would avoid BRE. I'm curious as to how they won so many awards as I see many similar reviews.

So impressed with the property management teamNothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful, friendly and genuinely cared about how everything went. From the inspection to moving into the property I couldn't have been looked after any better
