Meals came out quickly, kids pasta and side of veg for only $15. Pizza didn't have a great deal of flavor but were still good.Only issue was trying to keep the flies out of the food

What a beautiful clean welcoming pub, toasty warm fire burning, greeted by a very bubbly pleasant and efficient Clarissa and had a delicious eggplant parmigiana, one of the best I’ve had and mushroom sauce WITH real mushrooms in it!! Great experience on a cold rainy day! Give them a try!!

We had the meat lovers pizza. It was the one of the worst pizza we’ve had in a long time.The crust was so hard with no taste. The meat had weird flavours and had grissel. And there wasn’t enough cheese. It was edible but we should’ve returned it.The Mexican chicken burger was good.

Intended to visit bistro for dinner. Looked clean and good reviews, but after being served in bottle shop by small,masked woman decided to go elsewhere. This staff member was unhelpful, surly and generally unpleasant. Should be behind the scenes not dealing with public. Didn't stay here so font know what rooms are like.

Lovely staff and great food. Massive meals!!! Had my puppy on the front veranda and it was lovely for people watching. We didn't stay in the rooms.

Don't try this accommodation! Please avoid it! Ok, the room was very small, but the worst thing is, it was really dirty, not renovated for 50 or more years! So it was the condition of the whole hotel floor. I didn't dare to use the shared bathroom more than a minimum. Disgusting experience :(Positive: Location is close to the sea.Haven't tried the pub/restaurant so the review is only for the room.

What a great, relaxed, country vibe. Great mementos on display reminding us of the better times that have been and gone.Tap selection is excellent, very surprised and absolutely stoked to see Cooper XPA included.Meals were top notch, awesome value for money and extremely delicious. Pork Belly and Chicken Schnitzel were both winners.

I had the one of the specials of the day, local chilli mussels. A total of eleven mussels with minimal flavourless sauce. Very disappointing…. With over 1.5 hrs of a wait

Don't bother. Visited this pub a year ago. We just popped in for a beer and the one staff member who served us made it seem as though it was a hassle.15.6.23. One year later popped in for a beer and lunch giving the Royal another chance. We stood at the main bar long enough to chat about the presence of no one being there to serve. We made a phone call to the other pub in town ( THE CROWN INN) to see if they were doing lunches.We left the royal after about 5min having not seen anyone.THE CROWN INN,FANTASTIC :Service:Meals, two for one onthis day:Locals, very friendly:AtmosphereTake a short walk and enjoy THE CROWN.
