To be honest, I was a little sceptical at first because I had tried other personal training services in the past that didn't work out for me. However, let me tell you, EBM is the real deal! Louis is extremely knowledgeable and actually took the time to listen to me and understand my concerns. Moreover, having him come to my house is very convenient and saves me a lot of time.
