Never have I ever been treated so poorly or rejected care by a doctor in all my life or spoken to in a way that was borderline abuse do not recommend to anyone that needs any type of health care most arrogant doctor I have ever had or experienced

Great friendly service. Excellent GP who genuinely cares about the health and well-being of his patients. Reception staff are very accommodating and kind too!

This is a very good practise and the doctor is also giving full attention to the patients. Simply the best clinic I have visited in this local area. Highly recommended if anybody needs to see a GP

Dr Sunil Sunil is an outstanding Doctor with a pleasant bedside manor. He is most helpful and indeed proficient. The staff at the service are more than happy to assist. I would recommend his practise.

Poor service. I was given a referral for a lumbar CT for lower back pain from Dr Sunil over 10 days ago. I spoke with Radiographers receptionist prior to my appointment and asked if the scan covered the hips as a lot of the pain is in this area. It did not so was told to make another appointment with GP for a referral to scan hip area. At the GP appointment today I told Dr Sunil I had similar symptoms to Bursitis of the hip as I had looked onlineso needed a scan to cover this. Dr Sunil was rude and passive agressive as I had the 'nerve' to look online for my symptoms and seemed disinterested in providing support from here. He asked what referral I want as I had all the information from Google!! I asked him if he could use his professional opinion to guide me in what scan is best for such symptoms. He wrote a referral for a CT hip area. I called the radiologist after my GP appointment who informed me that a ultrasound is best for Burstits!!! Before leaving the surgery I told Dr Sunil I was still in pain after 10 days using the meds he prescribed. He was not interested in helping me further with my pain relief and told me to go and get normal Nurofen if his prescription wasn't working. I have now had to start the whole process again of looking for a GP to refer me for the scans to help diagnose my back/hip issues. I have lost all confidence that DR Sunil is willing or in fact able to provide the basic support you would expect from a local GP. Never in my 49 years I been treated in such a way from a medical professional. Just to add, I have never once been seen on time at this medical centre and have often been left waiting for 45 to 60 mins

Caring doctor and reception staff who are always willing to help
