I have nothing but praise for Marcel and the crew at Outer West SR as they worked on my XW body shell. Looked after me from start to finish and nothing but professionalism all through. Office girl is polite, very helpful and attentive. I cannot fault my experience there and I recommend you give them a go, they know what they are doing! Thanks guys, 5 stars all the way!

Just had my car there for patch and paint, they said 3 weeks to start 9 weeks later 10 ignored phone calls and 5 phone calls they said they've started my ford,Finally decided to drive out there,No cover over the car haven't touched it since we dropped it out there pathetic customer service now more surface rust to deal with and now to find a competent restoration shop that will probably have to wait again to get the car in.Would suck if you had a finish date and a time line with these guys, because you would grow old waiting for them to look after you....
