It seems that silence is one of their core offerings from Principal lawyer stemming right down to their Sydney branch.Extremely unprofessional once you hand over your money.After having issues with the Sydney lawyer not fulfilling his end of the bargain by paying my first utility bills (despite taking the money) I proceeded to have some patience but eventually turned to emailing the principal lawyer for the firm as well as the Melbourne office for escalation and assistance.They all decided to ignore my warnings about Ken their lawyer in Sydney.Be warned. If you need to find a lawyer to settle your property, look elsewhere. They all cost pretty much the same anyway.

This lawyer company charge way too expensive than the others!and not professional at all!basically they just translate what u want and just copy paste into those firms.they didn’t give u any good advice at all!!!They respond u quite fast when u pay the money(but limited words)once u sign the paper work with the other side solicitor.they just totally disappear.they don’t even bother to answer u anything if u have more questions according to the same case!poor service. unprofessional consultationNot Professional，ask us to follow up with other side solicitor. it should be your job！Guess they just pay ppl to get those good reviews!I don’t even wanna give one star if there was an option that zero star!Troy this company if u don’t believe me.I 100% guarantee u that u will regret!Edited answer for the reply:I’m definitely your client.I only have one review coz usually I don’t leave a review even it’s bad.but your service is the worst one.I paid you almost 3k just for a translate into a sale agreement!whatever I asked u just told me to talk to the other side or otherwise need to pay more then u only answer!
