Prompt service compared to other collection points in the area today. The staff were lovely and accommodating of my request to lay down when having my blood test. A good experience (as far as blood tests go!).Parking can be a bit difficult/busy, so keep that in mind when attending this centre.

The waiting periods are excessive! Been here for an hour and still waiting. Understand need to prepare and clean but more 30minutes between patients is excessive!!

Being stabbed with a needle is never fun. However the phlebotomists here are nice.

I have my blood taken every couple of months and I can just tell the first lady has no experience in taking blood at all, after inserting the needle with no blood followed by she twist the needle left and right??!Then she went to get help from her colleagues who stab the needle into my veins so deep and it bruised my arm within the hour. Please do not come here! Go to the Dianella one instead!

Had a time sensitive blood test and a fasting blood test. Waited until my time ran out and left, have to redo the fast now. It took over 20 minutes for one person to be seen.
