This is one of the most disappointing visits to a subway EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have been wanting a subway salad for the last couple of days. Hubby stopped on the way home today and I've had more spinach on a 6 inch sub!! It was supposed to be LARGE SALAD with meat, cheese, spinach, tomato, cucumber, pickle and carrot. I don't know if you can tell from the picture but there is mostly shredded carrot! While it's been a while since I had a salad from subway, I remember it being worth costing more than just on the sub! This is disappointingly ridiculous!

This subway is renowned for having super slow service! If the staff moved any slower they'd be going backwards.. So it was good to see today,that there was a Manager there who actually had a sense of urgency. Hopefully he can turn this place around!

Refused to serve me because I wasn't wearing a mask. I was the only person in the place and had already walked the entire counter. I was a regular customer and my company regularly got platters at the end of each month. Won't be back and neither will my company or anyone else I speak to.

I was very pleased with the service and quality at this subway at the Orion food court. My pizza sub was splendid and delicious every bite of the way. The restaurant itself looks very beautiful and the young workers there are very professional. I was extremely impressed when I went to order a young lady Mia served me with the best manners.Amazing 100% recommend.

Service was incredibly slow and they had run out of a lot of things that needed to be restocked in the salad and meat bays.

Took over 20minutes to be served despite there being only 6 people in the store at the time.Salads we empty and the 2 girls working spent more time walking back and forth from the fridge with hand full of the salads they needed per customer.I'm sure if they just said ' just a moment while we refill the salads' we the customers would be less annoyed.The brown haired girl with the glasses that was working at the time, was being rude about previous customers orders in front of us.Absolutely shocking to speak in front of customers like that.

This is the second time we've received an incorrect order from this store. I also don't know if there's budget cuts going on at this store but salad, cheese and meat are extremely limited and all you can taste biting in to it are the stronger salads and the bread. Very disappointing.

It’s not fast food when it takes so long to to just be served. It’s the slowest store I’ve been to. My last 2 time coming here it’s taken about 20 minutes maybe longer and that’s with only one customer in front of me. I’m not sure what the staff are doing out the back of the store, it’s definitely not coming out the front to help serve customers. It would almost be quicker to drive to a different store to get your food.

This would have to be one of the worst subways I've ever been to. Took 30 minutes to get served with two people on and only 3 people infont of me. They constantly stop to refill stock while serving. The store itself is dirty. The benches the food storage not to mention the sauce rack is full of all the sauces from the bottles so it's a pool of sauces . When they go to put sauce on your sub it drips what's sitting in the bottom of the pan all over your sub. Now let's talk about the sub. The bread was stale almost like a rock. The salads are all mixed and look dirty. The meat is also hard and stale. This whole experience was just appalling. Subway really need to do quality checks regularly as this isn't the only bad store in the area.
