Scott and his team at Power Elite are fantastic! Totally focussed on your goals and attaining them! Scott is very particular in analysing nutrition and creating plans to suit what you require. I train with Kelly Driscoll and she is a motivated and fantastic trainer who will go above and beyond to keep pushing you to achieve your best results! A lovely family feel to the gym and a great place to train.

Power Elite is an encouraging friendly environment with a wide spectrum of lifters and different types of training (bodybuilding, power lifting and strong man) so there is something for everyone, the staff as power elite have extensive knowledge about training and nutrition and have competed in bodybuilding and power lifting so the practice what they preach.I have full confidence in Scott Hill and the team at Power Elite as there Competitors tend to do well in bodybuilding and power lifting contests.Scott Hill is also a physiotherapist so he has extensive knowledge on how to rehabilitate, train around injuries and assist you with the ergonomics and geometry of you lifts to assist you with achieving your goals.I still recommend Power Elite to anyone wanting great results no matter what your goals.

Cannot speak highly enough of Power Elite. This is the best gym i have ever been to hands down, there really is no one else out there like it. They are so generous with their time and knowledge and guide you through the process every step of the way. They make you feel immediately so comfortable. Scott Hill is an expert and I can't recommended them highly enough.

Scott, Laura and the team are absolutely exceptional at what they do. I joined Power Elite in early 2015 as I wanted to get into powerlifting and it was the best decision I have made to skyrocket my strength training to heights I did not anticipate I could reach. The team are personable, fun and the training atmosphere and equipment is second to none. They cater training, programs and nutritional advice to meet every person’s needs and goals backed up by evidence. For those of you that don’t know, Scott is also a registered physiotherapist and has an unbelievable eye and attention to detail in lifting technique and cues and picks up on body movement issues, weaknesses and imbalances and helps helps you correct them. Could not recommend this STRONG powerlifting, strength and conditioning family enough!!

Absolutely love this place! Not like your standard gym, I was scared of gyms but this place I feel at home, the coaches are one of a kind, they go above & beyond with whatever your goal is.The people are friendly & very supportive!
