Amazing service, excellent sizing advice.Mocha, what a legend! It was a busy day the phone was ringing off the hook but he gave me VIP level of service. He's a sizing guru; can tell you what size anything (from helmet to underwear) just by taking a good look at you.The factory new bike was assembled perfectly. Everything well adjusted, all the wires / cables were as short as practical, etc etc.Wide range of accessories in stock also! I thought it would take 2 - 3 visits to various bike shops to get all the bits on my list, no worries BikeZone had it all, even a helmet in my favourite colour. Anyone looking for a new bike or accessories in Melbourne should go straight to BikeZone!

A big thank you to Mocha and Santiago from Bike Zone. Being new to road cycling, they fitted a suitable bike, built it and provided all the necessary accessories that I needed to get on the road. They also trained me on using clip in pedals before I left the shop so I had the confidence to ride on the road. Best customer service experience I have had for a long time.

I purchased a Merida Silex from Bike Zone after seeing it advertised on BikeExchange. Despite never meeting Mocha in person (I'm in Adelaide), the deal was a breeze. His communication was prompt and the bike was shipped as soon as I made payment. The packaging was amazing! I have never seen so much foam wrapped around a bike, and needless to say it made the journey without a scratch. I'm now enjoying getting it dirty!!

Can highly recommend Bike Zone. My work hours extend outside their opening hours, but Mocha stayed back half-an-hour so that I could collect my bike the day it was ready.I then had an issue with one of the shifter cables breaking the first time I took the bike out, which is obviously pretty frustrating, but I called Mocha and he sorted it out straight away.Service like this is rare, and I really appreciate it. So can happily recommend Mocha and Bike Zone to anyone.

If you are looking to buy a bike in Melbourne, go to bike zone. I submitted an enquiry online on a Friday at 5:30pm. Mocha had an order placed by close that day and the bike built and ready to pick up by Monday. Really amazing and friendly team in the store and great competitive prices.

Went in to enquire about purchasing a new bike.Mocha was helpful, honest, and made no pressure to feel obliged to purchasing from his store.After shopping around for the best price, 99 Bikes had 20% off. I asked Mocha if he could price match and he was happy to help me get onto the bike I wanted.Also helped set me up with some new gear and ensure that I was going to be safe moving forward.The customer service at Bike Zone was excellent and I will now not be shopping anywhere else. As someone who usually shops online for almost anything, it has made me think that I need to get back to in-store shopping.Thanks for the help Mocha and team.

Incredibly happy with my purchase of a new Merida gravel bike. The salesman took the time to ensure the bike was set up and ready to go prior to leaving, and provided great advice on selecting a new bike. Definitely would recommend Bike Zone to anyone looking for a new bike and gear.
