I started coming here for chiropractic services with Mina, who has not only been able to relieve so much of my back pain but has delivered exceptional customer service. He also referred me onto Nana and Reese for remedial massages, and they are by far the best massages I have ever had, with just one touch they are able to pin point areas of concerns and relieve tension in just one session. Highly recommend!

My remedial massage was amazing! For a first timer who has never gotten a massage before but has had lots of problems with their muscles, Nanako Takami was the perfect person to introduce me to this experience. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is looking for a quality massage.

I thought I'd give this place a go because I got a Groupon voucher and I was in pain and really needed it. I booked it for the next day and saw Nanako, she was friendly and super helpful. We had an initial consult and she was knowledge able and she told me the reason why I might be experiencing pain. She was really good at massaging out my knots and applied a good amount of pressure. At the end of the massage she gave me recommendations on how manage my muscle pain and prevent pain. She was great at what she does and I'll definitely be going back!

Uprise Health in Richmond is professional, kind and courteous. Lovely group of practitioners who know their work inside out and have a real love for their clients and their practice. Mina, Alex, Matt, Angus and all the practitioners and staff are exceptional. I highly, highly recommend them!

Wonderful staff, fantastic treatments. I've been in twice for remedial massage and have been virtually been pain free since! They truly take the time to listen to your symptoms and understand what is going on. They even give advice for avoiding similar pain in the future. Highly recommend!

Just been for my third remedial massage with Nana and I am starting to feel like a new woman. I began going because I had really bad knots in my shoulders and back. Nana asked where I would like her to focus and really worked hard on that area but also gave me a full body massage. I’m so glad she did because I never realised how tight my leg muscles were as well. I am looking forward to my next visit already, Nana is so good, her hands work like magic! She is very professional and creates a friendly calm environment. Lovely to chat to and full of great advice on how to make your body work better for you! I would highly recommend :)

I highly recommend Richmond Family and Sports Chiropractic. Regular visits with Dr Mina have improved my health and I feel fantastic after each adjustment. The staff take care of ensuring you see progress and have you in and out of the clinic quickly and efficiently so it doesn’t disrupt your day. The massage team are also fantastic!! The receptionist is friendly and welcoming.

I'm so happy I found Nana all by coincidence! I was in so much pain and needed a remedial massage so I searched online and found the clinic. I walked in and was greeted by Nana, who was fully booked but arranged time to see me which I really appreciated. Not only did the massage help my body, she made me feel very safe and comfortable. I'm glad I met someone who took good care of my body and was so friendly. 100% recommend her to everyone! I'm definitely coming back! Arigato Nana!!!
