Very happy with the treadmill service from Ultimate Gym Solutions! Prompt and clear communication about when they would be able to attend. The technician who did the service was thorough and did a great job, and the treadmill is now back running as good as new!

Ultimate Gym Solutions are the best for servicing/ fixing gym equipment. They come to you- so convenient. Their communication is 10/10- arranging a time that suits, sending confirmation texts and texting when they sre on the way. Their serving is 10/10 - they want the best outcome and will do everything possible to fix the problem. They are fabulous at sourcing spare parts for older equipment. They genuinely care about fixing your equipment whether it is your home gym or corprate gym equipment. Highly recommend, I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Luke and his business partner are so diligent, thorough! I am so glad I found them!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My matrix spin bike drive belt broke, and I called initially the fitness shop where I bought my bike for their repair man. The fitness shop gave me two technicians who could fix my spin bike. I called both. the first never responded, the other said he “he was extremely busy and would call me when he was free.” The call never came.So I researched and found Utimate Gym Solutions. And thank god I did! Yes the team is extremely busy BUT, they made time to come assess my bike within 48 hours of emailing. I learnt quickly, that, that is what they do! they make time no matter what!Luke, the owner texted me to confirm times, arrival of the technician and parts I needed. They made a second visit within 24 hours of my replacement bike parts coming in. Their communication is unbelievable! was 5 star service. I will be relying on them in the future!

Adam and Luke coordinate their respective skills to bring an informative and solution based service to the community. I required multiple assistance for what I thought was a defunct and unusable treadmill. Reluctant as I was to replace with another, after multiple visits, I now have an as new treadmill. I never do reviews but these guys are fantastic! Luke answered my call & booked me in immediately & was super polite. Adam arrived on time, was super polite, honest, informative & passionate about his job. What a great guy! I’m so glad I read previous reviews and went with these guys. They are now my future gym equipment specialists!!
