I am waiting for my parcel last 13 days. Not arrived yet.

My delivery arrived ripped open . They did not ask for signature was left on doorstep. When I called they denied it was their delivery even after taking the reference number and quoting delivery name back to me . Disgusting service . Avoid them

Disgusting Service ever!! Will aware all of you if you thinking to use their services not recommended at all!! I have been waiting for my parcel from india from 9feb 2023, which was supposed to be delivered on 15/16 February 2023, as promised. But yet not received as today is 23of February!! It is my wedding dress which I’m going to wear on 25th of February but I have no clue or confirmation from customer service team as they been telling me they can’t locate my parcel, strange isn’t it! Who is going to locate it then? It’s been showing me the same update on tracking for 16 feb23 that it is in transit and still not reached my place! And customer service has not been able to get me any piece of information that if I will be able to get or not as I have no other options to wear!It is ridiculous and I been almost crying for last 3 days and worried a lot! My parents in law have sent it for me and it’s way too expensive as well as they paid Ten thousand indian currency for fastest service!! I See How Fast is the Service!! Damm i have no choices left as it’s one day left for the wedding and I’m so helpless and I had to come here to review it so that you guys be aware and never choose SKY NET EXPRESS SERVICE!

Waiting waiting on my ‘express’ package that’s been in Melbourne for twice the time it took to get here from London. But oh, their web contact form can’t be sent, gives you an error message… I wonder why? Given the reviews I think I know now….
