I don't know why I didn't visit this place sooner!!! The most delicious food at great prices, the red velvet cupcake is absolutely delicious!! My taste buds are in heaven!!! ♡♡♡

Since the shop was sold by Daryl and Vicki it has certainly gone downhill and downhill fast. All the original staff are now gone and what they have there either don’t listen or don’t really care. If I could give a minus score I would since I can’t 1 star it is.

I bought too cakes and, in my opinion, this place will never be able to compete with cheese cake. We put their Black Forest in the bin. Dry and disgusting. Also, their staff were not great. We are lucky that we have cheesecake in Mernda now.

Pretty standard chain bakery. I personally am not a fan of their pies; but everything else is great. Also, I don't buy coffee over a medium because it's too weak.

I don’t usually drink coffee from Ferguson but this one in Mernda village is unreal greatest coffee in the area Highly recommend!!!

This shop is amazing. Very nice staff and great service. Unfortunately I cannot order through Uber Eats anymore as we had a problem with our order being we put in the wrong delivery address and Uber were totally uncontactable, when the driver was assigned, we rang him and he would not answer his phone. Fergusons are great and will continue to use as pick up only. Uber has let us down in the past but no more. I would in I was Fergusons perhaps revisit who you guys use as your delivery partners.

Don't ever order food through the delivery apps that has hot food and Cream food. I work like everyone else and im entitle to enjoy the food i like. But every time but twice I received my hot food and my cream food in same bag. When I open my cream cakes they are liquid in the bottom because the hot food has caused the cream to melt. Seriously guys have you no brains when you are packing the bags. I tried to call the store to complain and behold their phone is not working, how convenient. Enough is enough I have been nice to often no it's time to let everyone know what you doand how you treat peoples food .

Highly recommended.Koda and his staff are so friendly .I order my coffee super hot and it is made perfectly everytime .Polite, friendly good people.We have a Ferguson here in Whittlesea- 5 min from my house , i drive 15 min to Mernda because of the reasons I have expressed above
