I have been a client at Westlakes for years now and will never change! I've been seeing Monique for my botox, fillers, etc and I am beyond obsessed with what she does! From the moment I met her, she made me feel at ease and completely comfortable! She talked me through absolutely everything to make sure I understood the process. Monique has so much knowledge when it comes to injectables, she knows what will suit your face and goes above and beyond to make you love the outcome! I will never trust anyone else with my face! Couldn't recommend her enough!!

I had a lovely experience today with my first laser appointment at Laser Clinics West Lakes. From the moment I walked in the lady behind the desk was lovely, welcoming and I felt very comfortable throughout my whole appointment with Mel! I’ve unfortunately not had the best experience at another laser company due to their poor customer service, lack of booking times (always having to reschedule me) and hair removal results due to slap dash efforts. I thought I’d change to laser clinics in hopes of having a better experience in which they definitely delivered that today!

She took the time to listen to my needs, ask me questions and build an excellent rapport with me which made me feel very comfortable and safe in her hands. I had a lot of questions and she very patiently explained everything to me. I’m very happy with my treatment (anti wrinkle) and will be going back again, thanks Monique.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Monique! By far the best injector I’ve had. I’m from the states and have searched years to find someone who not only does a beautiful job but someone I can build a rapport with and Monique is without a doubt the best. She’s been treating me for almost a year. I’ve had my Botox and lips done by her and have been SO pleased with all of my results. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and continues to help me with any of my concerns. Highly, highly recommend her!

Wow, wow, wow!!!Monique, you have by far exceeded my expectations! Not only did you listen to my concerns, but you truly worked your magic. Your open and honest approach is so refreshing. You made me feel so comfortable with my filler and Botox treatment. I do not like needles AT ALL but, your calming nature made me almost forget about it. My results are EXACTLY what I wanted. You were so gentle and you explained every step of the process. I cannot believe I don’t even have a single bruise!!! I will certainly be telling everybody about you. You are by far the best in the business. Thankyou again.

Just want to share my experience with laser clinic in West lakes shopping center.Just to let the staff know about their knowledge. Today I had an appointment and when I came there one of the staff said that they can’t do laser because I apparently fake tanned, but I never ever in my life tanned myself. I don’t even upply any cream or other products to my skin so what annoyed me was that they didn’t believe me. I just want to say if they really think the clients are using something but they aren’t, they might need to learn little bit more about it! Because I never used it. Please manager provide better training to people who are working there.

I have been having my anti-wrinkle treatments with Monique from Laser Clinic at West Lakes and I am never disappointed with her service.Even though we treat the same areas each time, she will always listen to my needs.From the beginning of my treatment right through to follow up, I cannot fault her nor speak highly enough of her. She is knowledgeable, honest, reliable and I am always happy.Her friendly approach is so refreshing and I always leave with a smile on my face and a sense of the passion which she has for her role.
