These folks are great. I needed to find out what type of Miller Tripod I had bought at an auction and Sue and James at Sydney and Melbourne stores contacted were quick with the answers. Amazing people If I ever go to Australia I will definitely make the stop.

I’m very grateful for all your help Sue, from your patience, quick actions, opinions and recommendations. I couldn’t be all the more thankful for your service.I had made an order for Wind up Stand several months ago and out of visible options at the end of the road or so I thought with 3-4 months in waiting. All in a single day and may I add within 30mins of email exchanges I had a Wind Up stand posted out for delivery from Melbourne to Perth, with tracking details live the next day. Yes, that was all thanks to Sue. For me, I think that is deserving of nothing less than 5 stars.Many thanks Sue.

NiSi 77mm PRO Nano HUC UV Filter - The best price I could find on the internet and delivery was within a week. Thanks. P.S. I was going to purchase another one but now the free delivery is gone and Ebay is cheaper. $25 postage for a small filter is a bit steep.
