Rob is a thorough professional and looks after his clients like family. I was contemplating replacing my hot water unit and Rob spent long time providing me advice and answering all my questions. Even though I was keen to replace it, Rob advised me to hold off to save me money. I had even booked him in but Rob was happy to cancel at the last minute in my interest. He is a thorough gentleman and completely trustworthy. Rob is undoubtedly the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Affordable, fast, efficient and exceptional customer service! Aegis Plumbing are so nice to deal with. When I called up I was struggling to explain what was wrong but they understood! I had Rob come out he explained EVERYTHING to me and fixed my blocked drain. He had this camera that went down the drain to find where the blockage was and he let me check it out which was cool! He finished the job very quickly and he even cleaned up afterwards! Very, very happy! Thanks Rob.

Rob was prompt on time and have diagnosed the leak and found three root causes of leak. Fixed two major issues of them and advised what to do on third negligible issue. He seem to have good knowledge of plumbing and used the right tools and supplies sparingly and did a good job. Outcome is great, I do not see water leak till now (a week from fix) but want to address the third issue as well soon. It could be bit expensive but I found him considerate..
