Best service ever received from a crash repairer. From the initial inspection to the completion they were very professional, great attitude, made me comfortable and explained the situation. They even organised a loan car through another c9mpany for me. The job was done perfectly and professionally and am very happy with my car and their service. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience getting my car repaired. The staff helped me understand everything, being my first accident, and got my car done as quick as possible. They kept me informed with the repair progress and the car looked as good as new when I picked it up! Hopefully I don't need to come back again, but if I do, I know I've found a good shop to go back to.

Very interesting experience. I’m travelling from the QLD had a car accident by hitting from the car behind so I’ve got a massive dent on the trunk. I called to inquire about my situation on phone the lady who picked up answer yes they do private work and ask me to drive down to have a look and get a quote which I really appreciate her. And she also told on phone the latest appointment is at the end of Aug.When I drove there and the reception lady was really nice. She asked one mechanic to came to my car and have a look, this guy just looked and say it’s gonna cost $2500 or more and no appointment till November, and they don’t do private work? And he wouldn’t give me any quote. Excuse me? I called before I came and he said yes, now you got the clear answer.And the next 10 mins I saw him taking photos on a car which has massive dent.I’m not quite sure if he saw I’m from the outer state (QLD rego)or because else reason so he didn’t bother to do anything, I feel like this is kinda outer state discrimination?

Went to Apline Crash Repairs for the first time as they were an RAA approved repairer close to me and this is honestly the first repairer I've been really happy with! Not only was it the quickest turn around time I've had, but the quality of the repair was phenomenal and made my car look newer than before it was damaged. The only reason you can actually tell its had work done is because now it looks BETTER than before. The staff were beyond friendly, do not have a single complaint at all. Highly recommend!!! ❤️
