Chemist Discount Centre Bundaberg

Bought a CPAP machine a couple of years prior, told the staff that I was have trouble sleeping in it as it was different to the one I trialled and they told me that I would get used to it.2 years later still only sleeping in it 4 hours a night then sleeping on the couch the rest. Decided enough was enough and went to sleep solutions who have been very helpful and have actually set the settings up to help with my sleep patterns.Went back to the Chemist Discount store as my machine was have trouble who told me there is nothing they could do and to call this number and sort it out myself. The customer service number then told me that they should have done it as they have to do the replacement for me.Terrible service

It was a little clunky having to fill in a form to get paracetamol but if the government wants it, ce la vie.

Purchased a plastic tumbler from this store when arrived home gave the lollies that were inside it to my son (who stared eating straight away) then filled up cup with water only to find out it had a split in it from top to bottom, when I contacted them about it was spoken to very rudely, said it was the only one and couldn’t do anything about it when questioned it again she said would contact company it was purchased from to see if they had another one and if they did she guesses the cup only would be replaced seeing as though my son had to eat the lollies ( fair enough but did not have to be such a rude individual and speak of my son like he did something wrong) and now it’s been over a week and have not herd back from them, service is disgusting and it’s appalling to treat and speak to others that way! Will NOT be back to this place!

Honestly, what come to mind was that last time I checked this chemist did not stock or would not sell harm reduction items for/to drug users.

Visitor from Tasmania. Very helpful staff with product and life knowledge. Gave me relief from sand fly bites with an old style product when the Dr was pretty hopeless with the same problem. Thankyou so much I just may sleep tonight after 8 nights of no sleep. Cheers

I have been a customer in the sleep apnea section . I have respiratory issues and require the sleep apnea machine to assist breathing whilst asleep.Of late I have been admitted to hospital so was unable to answer my phone from a representative feom this chemist .. yesterdayi recieved news that I am.to return the sleep apnea machine and not allowed to re hire as I didn't answer my phone ..This is disgusting care and service from what theu call themselves health professionals .. so I am being penalised for needing to be hospitalised ..I highly warn anyone interested in hiring a sleep apnea machine to not waste there time..now I have to begin the whole process over with a new chemist which takes a few weeks ..Disgusted in the care and service I have recieved .
