innisfree Westfield Chatswood

I love innisfree products, beautifully scented, amazing quality and their lovely packaging.I can’t comment much on my in store experience as no one had approached me while I was browsing products, to date I have never received product advice from a staff. However today I asked about the spend over $70 to receive sample gifts to which the staff behind the cash register said they have run out of samples, she advised they would receive stock tomorrow but I would have to spend another $70! This is NOT the type of customer service I was expecting.Innisfree please allow online shopping on your official website to avoid such incidents.

I came in today looking for the bija trouble toner and spot essence, and left with a smile because of the lovely customer service form Suzy! It was very refreshing to have such a comforting yet energetic interaction. Definitely coming back here when I need to restock :)

I almost never write a review but I had to because when my wife and i walked in I had no idea what she was looking for. We had no knowledge and thankfully a very nice and polite lady named Suzy came and helped my wife. She answered all of my wifes questions that i had never imagined of answering. My wife told me afterwards that she never felt more taken care of on a personal basis thanks to Suzy. We feel that she should be highly recognized and hopefully she will be there next time as my wife would only like to see her from now on. Huge props to Suzy and very lucky to have her work here. Keep it up!

Their staff are really welcoming and helpful. They answered my questions patiently and recommended a few products to try out. Will come back again!

I love Innisfree as a brand and this store in Chatswood is the nearest one. I’ve gifted all my girlfriends a set of each collection and they all love it. The store is clean and organised. They’ve really put it well for a small space. There’s always one staff at the store. The staff is sweet, helpful and great. The only issue is when there’s crowd, it gets bit busy and takes time to be served. Otherwise the best xx

I have been to the Chatswood store multiple times and have had no problems with the staff before, they were all lovely. However, I have been twice in the past few weeks and had the misfortune of being served by the same person both times. Upon saying hello, there was no response, she seemed annoyed at the fact that she was having to put through my sale - I had been self-sufficient, served myself and went up to the counter. Working in retail myself, I understand that sometimes it’s hard to be bubbly and welcoming at all times, but both times she was rude, seemed angry, and did not reach the basic thresholds of service when serving me, it was to the extent where I no longer wanted the product if it was so inconvenient for her.I do not want anything in return, I just hope that she is informed by a superior that if she is working in retail, it would be nice if she could at least greet customers and not make them feel guilty for spending money at the store, if you are not, at the baseline, neutral about working at your job, maybe it is better to work in an industry that does not make you so angry. I walked in happy and walked out in a horrible mood and I’m sure this is the last thing she wanted.

I haven't heard of this store before but I came across it and decided to have a look. The staff helped me find something for my skincare and I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. I now buy from them frequently and are very patient with me as i can be quite indecisive.
