I was looking for a remedial massage / myotherapy specifically to treat lower back pain from an injury. Having seen tons of different practitioners I was so impressed with Kelvin's knowledge - he identified issues really quickly and the treatment was great. I'm sure they also do lots of normal relaxing massages, but I'd definitely recommend remedial to anyone with any niggles/stiffness who actually wants results.

I first found the shop when I walk passed and I popped my head in to see the price, kelvin gave me a 5 mins neck massage and it was amazing, because I knew kelvin was good I gave him to my partner and I had jerry. Jerry on my opinion is to firm For me. We have been here every Saturday for the last 3 weeks. My partner is a painter and has had back problems for weeks, since seeing kelvin for massaging his back problems have been getting better and better to the point it’s almost gone!I have been to a lot of massages shops around Australia and I am very particular, I love the way henry massages as well. He knows all the mussels and never once hit my spin. I leave here feeling amazing. Highly recommend. If you like strong see jerry.

Absolutely perfect balance of personable and professional! What an amazing myotherapist. After a 20 minute treatment I feel like I can move my neck and shoulders again. Great value for money, will definitely be back

Both Henry and Kelvin are skilled masseuses. Firm pressure, acupressure points targeted. I always feel much better after a trip to therapy zone.

Had the best 20minute neck and shoulder massage by Henry. I come here often but todays massage was exceptional. Definitely recommend for a quick massage.

Have been going to the therapy zone team for years! Make a booking ahead of time as they do tend to run quite busy. They know what they’re doing, great for remedial and deep tissue massages

This place will have you feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Calvin could pick up each and every muscle. He unwound all of my knots and hard, stringy, tensed muscles so that I left feeling like I just had the best 8hr sleep - all within 30 minutes! It’s located in a beautiful spot in Prahran Central - conveniently close to cheap, underground parking or free street parking. The selection of food eateries nearby are some of the best Prahran has to offer and it’s in a nice and quiet place with climate control. Highly recommend this business - I can’t wait to go back. :)

I wandered into Therapy Zone because they had a special on. My expectations were low BUT OMG I FOUND A HIDDEN GEM!!! I usually don't enjoy dry Chinese massage, however, their masseuses are incredible & obviously highly trained. I only found them a month ago & have now had two one hour massages and also reflexology & I can honestly say their massages are better than $200 ones I have pair for at Spas.I can't recommend them more! Best massage place in Melbourne.

Wow ! What a Great Experience I had today ! Its been on my list of things to do for such a long time to tryTherapy Zone Prahran a go. I was Extremely Impressed ! Very Relaxing atmosphere, clean, lovely music and proffessional staff that listened and understood my needs. Kelvin Host Excellent. Henry was allocated to me for massage, highly skilled and made me feel so much better !
