we were in desperate need of assistance due to our ac system breaking down over the Christmas holidays and at the same time we were bringing our newborn home for the first time. Russell responded immediately and was around here in 48 hours. Ended up needing a new ac system and Russel was able to squeeze us in the next day for installation. These guys are the real deal! Our aircon broke down between Christmas and new year and I had trouble getting anyone to have a look at it. Russell immediately responded to my call and offered to come out within 24 hours due to the weather warming up again. After explaining the issues on the phone, he was confident he knew what was going on and his diagnosis was spot on. He sorted it out promptly and the fees were extremely reasonable. I believe it's just him and his son who operate the business so you get a very personal service. I seriously wouldn't bother with the larger companies as we've had some very negative experiences. Highly recommended!
