Fernwood Fitness

I joined Fernwood Fitness Seven Hills this week after a 7 day trial. The gym is immaculate, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, the classes are a lot of fun, and the other members are wonderful! I would recommend Fernwood to any women out there who wants to give it a go!

Today I was able to see the Seven Hills facility.The customer service and the walk through was absolutely amazing. It has everything you need and more.I felt comfortable, relaxed and very pleased with the service I received.I am so happy that I have finally found a place I can start may journey to get fit and healthy again.

Wonderful staff, extremely helpful with signing up and made me feel completely comfortable with starting a new gym. Answered all of my questions and provided so much information! Very happy customer.

Just signed up and had a great experience. Everything was explained perfectly and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though I was a bit nervous about starting this journey I came out looking forward to it and I’m now really excited!

So thankful to have found this gym! All of the staff are kind and very helpful making the start of my fitness journey a breeze. The gym is extremely clean with a large range of equipment and classes. 10/10

I was a member for 10 years. I left they gym for a number of reasons. There was only a good variety of classes during the day, with a lack of variety in the evening and weekends. The air con was an issue for years. I think management like it warm. Much too warm for exercise.

Great gym : the staff and trainers are good, super nice and friendly, the ladies at the creche are awesome, the equipment is always clean and the atmosphere is super friendly. It's a very safe environment for women of all ages and shapes.

DO NOT JOIN!This gym is shameful. Lacking ethics and morals and professionalism. They cannot reply to any emails unless you call and remind them. it took over 2 weeks for them to reply to an email after we had to call numerous times to tell them what is the hold up. My wife is going through the process of cancelling her membership due to illness and the heartless management at this centre are still trying to chase any dollar they can by delaying. Absolutely shameful and shocking that a gym would be so heartless to its customers.Stay away and do not sign up here, if you look at other reviews you will see it is a common issue. Very poor staff and management and love to bully and harass members by not finalising matters or replying to emails.do not sign up here you will regret it!--We had organised a Dr visit within 2 days of receiving the document sent from Fernwood. Unlike it taking you 15 days to reply to an email only after numerous calls from my self to have you guys reply. Dont try and make it look like this organization is run professionally. If only you replied to emails as fast as you do to google reviews.All up this process has now taken a month.Making members move on due to incapacity could be met with understanding and compassion however instead Fernwood prefers to give mental distress and pressure to members already going through a hard time.Perfect bullying business bullying females which is ironic to the image it portrays.
