Rachel was wonderful to talk to and asked great questions helping us make a decision and then provided us with answers to our questions and nothing was too hard. Bike was built and ready for collection when we were told it would be and then Rachel assisted us setting bike up and adding some accessories then explained about warranty, servicing and all the offers available within the store.Our previous conversations with a different store reflected a we don't care approach" and basically made us feel like we didn't matter.We then met Rachel and the team at Trek at Port Melbourne and they now have us as customers for life.Thank you so much Rachel and Trek Port Melbourne."

I've shopped in many a bike emporium so I can say with authority that I had a great buying experience with these guys. They were knowledgeable, friendly, funny and attentive, and all of my dumb questions were answered without judgement about my ignorance. Special mentions go to Owen who first explained the bike to me, Mark who kept me updated on the phone about how the build was going, and Rachel who set up the bike for me on the day I collected it. A great team.

They are not taking it lightlyStaffs providing thorough product information, from light to bike.The shop is clean and bright. I am so thankful for this shop in Port Melbourne and how they helped me out at short notice. I arrived from Alice Springs with my friends to participate in Round the Bay in October. The day before the event I had bike trouble, and they squeezed me in to have it repaired plus identified other problems to sort out at a later date. I really appreciate the helpful and friendly service as we overtook the shop on that busy Saturday morning. I would totally recommend this store for service and product knowledge.

Amazing service and big thanks to the lovely mechanic who was so helpful and speedy. My bike was beyond recognition/comprehension and it was resolved in less than 10 minutes by the expert there. Thankyou so much and it really made my day after having almost given up hope on the bike!
