I have found staff at Sydney very friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of their products. Unfortunately not so with Newcastle. My partner asked a staff member about thermal leggings and was told they don't stock them. Found later they do. Also don't seem to know the range of colours or lengths pants come in. It's expensive gear and they generally stock the same constant range. It would be good if they lifted their standards to match other stores.

Lululemon kotara is a great store full of knowledgeable staff and good service, they helped me pick out some clothes that looked good and fashionable.Also along with the very nice clothes, I inquired about where a good yoga place was and they immediately knew a great place that would fit my level of skill.Thanks lululemon kotara staff, see you again soon.
