We are moving back home from overseas which is quite a daunting process, but thanks to Kelly the whole process has felt very smooth. Initially moved interstate and accommodated a virtual inspection. Unit was spotless and there were no issues.A few small things popped up over the 12 month lease and were rectified immediately.Bo was friendly and responsive, and her manner was polite and courteous. Bo was professional as well as compassionate. I felt I was treated well. I would highly recommend Bo and Buxton Stonnington to both tenants and rental providers. Thank you for everything.

As a business owner I've always believed that if you make a request to a business or a representative of that business you should always offer the best service.Maybe if a potential tenant/buyer makes a call or a email, a general Enquiry it's good customer services to reply to any query

I have had a better experience with Buxton Stonnington real estate than Ive had with any other real estate agency. Real estate agencies can come across as cold and uncaring. However, everytime I've had to contact my agent Bo Natali, I've received warm, prompt and friendly service. She is an asset to the team.

Horrible for tenants. They will do anything to force a rental increase, even when you have already experienced a rental increase within less than a few months prior. Including Melissa who was lying about what the rental increase rules are to prove their point. Make sure you do your research on renters rights, always. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have had a great experience with Buxton stonnington, particulary with Sarah! She is the best property manager who I ever met.Everytime really fast reply from my request or question. And also, When my rental lease was almost finished, I called her and told her my situation that I was struggling to find the new place. She absolutely helped me to feel relax and contacted with the new agency where I applied the new rental property. (Even when she was on her Holiday!) I really appreciate her help and won’t forget the memory with her! You are the best and thank you so much!
