Fantastic customer service! I called first then went in, asking for a ski rope.When I went into the store, I drove past twice looking for it, thinking it was on the Main North Road, (my mistake)I told Harrison that his phone mannor impressed me. He joked and asked me to put it in writing... turns out this is Father + Son. They helped me with the tow rope and then I admited I was goint to buy some cheap PDF's from BCF.Michael and Harrison gave me a great price on PDF's made in Australia (queensland).They wer patient waiting for me to get my childrens weights from my wife, then proceeded to assist me with the PDF's...They were too small 'cos I should have taken my kids in...My wife went in with the kids the next day and Harrison assited them with swapping two of the three vests and my wife also bought a foot pump and a valve for inflatable donut.

Absolutely appalling behavior and customer service from a blonde middle aged woman and a boy named Harrison. No customer service skills at all. Just abuse from start to finish at myself and my friend, and it was done front of other customers also.

Love this mob! Mel is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile when providing customer service. Always recommend Twister to my friends and clients!

I have tried all the water ski shops in Adelaide and I keep coming back to Twister because their service and price is far better than anyone else. Michael and Melanie go out of their way to make sure their customers get the right gear. Mark in the workshop does a great job on servicing our boat. Highly recommended.
