Enthusiastic staff who are not pushy. Old school music shop vibe. Catering mostly to schools / beginners but with an excellent range of pro components and accessories to suit working musos passing through town.

Went in to purchase a small guitar for my son.The staff were very helpful, happily showed us a variety of options and sizes with a very enthueastic and encouraging attitude.Ended up leaving with a Bass guitar for myself to learn along with my son, in part due to the customer service, patience and attention from the staff.

This is the place to go. Genuinely professional teachers upstairs and downstairs a guitar workshop that sees guitars come in for a simple restring and leave as an instrument beautifully setup and intonated. Class.

Best shop eva. Very helpful and good customer service. Been to every other music shop they had poor communication. But not at Blackline Music shop they took time to talk to me for what i want and need.

Greatest music shop in Australia, the staff are always friendly and know so much more than anyone in the region on music. They are patient and only want what is best for you as a customer.They bend over backwards trying to help out others and I am very grateful for everyone involved in the shop.

Im 53 yrs old and decided I wanted to play music. Went in and was shown a ukulele by Jason 1 of the AMAZING staff and teacher at Blackline. I can now play my ukulele and have bought an acoustic guitar with Jason's guidance and look fwd to learning it with him. They say you caint teach an old dog new trick? This young man is a pleasure to be around and an wonderful teacher and asset to the store. All they staff are most welcoming and nothing is a bother. WELL DONE YOU GUY you all ROCK xx

Put it this way, I wouldn’t take a girl to Blackline Music whilst on a first date. These guys are so nice, handsome and knowledgeable you would be putting yourself under unnecessary pressure. You will risk being exposed as just a regular person.Service, professionalism & great prices are reason alone that you should skip Blackline Music on a first date. Take her to a pub in Wangaratta where you will most likely stand out as a superior gentleman…
