Walked out real quick after being reprimanded for touching mixing up" the shoes while I was trying to find a pair...mind you I didn't and I have also worked in retail so I understand but completely unrealistic to expect customers not to touch things so you don't have to do your job and tidy up. This was also after hearing the staff member complaining about his job to other customers across the store."

Walked in on a Saturday morning with my two year old daughter. It was only us two in store. I was looking for shoes specifically for her. All three staff members were chatting amongst themselves about when they should go on their lunch breaks, and when I turned an asked for assistance not one heard me.Absolutely no customer service what so ever. I shouldn’t have to fight for attention.

For the first time in ages I visited this store. I was looking for a particular size that was hard to find, but with no hesitation the manager Scott searched really hard and made sure I could get the exact size I wanted. He also assisted me in signing up for a membership and was extremely helpful, confirming that I had set everything up properly. It was so refreshing to receive such friendly customer service, and I truly felt valued here.

The lady with the blonde hair, she's not welcoming, whilst entering the store.She also does not give options whilst choosing shoes, when I asked her 'do U have any other colours', she bluntly replied, 'no' to which the other Islander women bought out.Excellent setting, customer service possibly some staff requires.

I took my 2 children into your Rouse Hill NSW store today and we had the pleasure of being served by a man named Guy. He was AMAZING!!Usually the New School year shoe shopping experience is tiring and stressful (oh and VERY costly) but Guy made it relaxing and stress free. He went through the different brands that were within our budget and checked thoroughly to see that the shoes fit the kids correctly.Even though it was starting to get busy he was patient with us and took the time for each of the kids (we ended up walking out with 4 pairs of shoes for them!)Also accepting the Back to School vouchers have also helped immensely too
