Lifestyle Curtains

Our apartment, located in Edgecliff, NSW, was built in 1930. We had installed double glazed windows however did not organise our curtains. We obtained a lot of quotes from different services and chose to enlist Karen to assist us. Karen was professional and helped us with the whole process. I did not know much about curtains but trusted her creative style and knowledge. There was a lot of care and consideration about drilling into old walls, which we appreciated. We are thrilled with the final result, and we are so happy! The curtains have transformed our little apartment. The style and material recommended by Karen suited our place perfectly. We would be pleased to recommend Karen’s services to all our friends and family!!

I would not recommend going with Lifestyle Curtains, it has been almost 10 weeks since I paid the deposit for some curtains and the owner has still not communicated an installation date. Very poor customer service & communication skills.

Karen change installation date twice, curtains were installed with one month later from what we disscussed in the beging. She didn't inform me about this in advance, only when installation time came and I called her to find out the details. Sometimes it took her up to one week to answer my call, SMS and email. Karen explained that delay were caused by problems with supplies, flaw in the the product, and that she had bigger orders to complete.When we first met, she mentioned that Lifestyle Curtains has only 5 stars review, so it would be fair if I share my experience.

Thank you so much to Karen at Lifestyle Curtains for helping our struggling little bowling club with a much needed face lift! Karen was so helpful with her advice to fit in with the functionality that we needed (noise attennuation & a good fire rating) and a curtain that looks great! She was also really accomodating with the installation when we had to change the dates due to repairs to our pelmets at a really busy time.Thanks you Karen & Thanks to Georgio on the fast, clean install. I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She stepped in when we had only a short time frame and did the most perfect and beautiful work. Her attention to detail was such that I could totally trust the job would be amazing...and it was. She is polished and professional .....and so lovely to deal with. I look forward to using her in the next house.
