I entrusted Peter with all of our home movies to convert onto a USB. He lost all of my movies and it took him two weeks to locate them, during which I was extremely distressed that all of my memories had gone! Someone else, a stranger, had them! So not only did he loose them and someone else had the opportunity to view our private and personal videos and do who knows what with them, he then still wanted to charge me for them! DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! So very unprofessional!Wow, I have now read Peter's response to my review. He instructed me to leave these DVDs outside his office and gave me the gate code to do so. They were in a named plastic bag with my phone number on and I told him a number of times that they were not in a case. After two weeks of looking for these
