I have ordered $$$ worth of custom made curtains. I received an email a couple of weeks ago to pay the full price as it’s ready to be delivered. After the full payment, I haven’t heard back from CW. I called the Windsor office so many times to get an update but they said they can’t help and the best they can do is email the office. Wendy from their Windsor branch by the way is quite rude. She made it sound like I inconvenienced her by calling. I also emailed the head office but haven’t heard back from them. I also called Tara who told me when she measured my house to call or email her if I have any questions at all. But I have rang and left her a voicemail and I haven’t heard back from her either. paid a big amount for this, I should know where my order is! I just really want an update and to know where it is. I don’t know who to call. CW customer service is extremely bad, and that is if there’s any. I feel like I should probably just get a refund of the items o don’t have yet in my hands!

Extremely poor customer service... spent thousands on furnishing blinds for entire house... couple years later parts started breaking! Attempted to communicate with in store and head office to purchase some parts.. the one time I managed to speak to someone, I'm told because they are ready made blinds there is nothing that can be done at all.... no replies to emails... get hung up on... no returns calls... message bank only when calling head office.Disgraceful company!!Do not purchase anything from sub par place!

I have a rail blind that was poorly installed and coming down.They blamed the builder of the house in store. They said the builder should've taken steps, and I pointed out that's what the installer should've done. They knew I was right.I have sent CW 2 emails and have received no reply.I will be taking it further through consumer protection channels.I will try head office first but from the comments, they don't care.

Had to replace a sheer curtain in the front bedroom. Had a measure a quote done and stated I wanted it the same as what I currently had, that was ONE full curtain in an off white colour. Waited more than 10 weeks for the curtain with absolutely no communication during that time, only for it to arrive in TWO pieces and bright white. Tried to call head office multiple times while the installer was here but no one bothered to pick up the phone. Also sent them an email which they are still yet to respond to! When I finally got someone to answer my call an hour after the installer had left, I was told they’d “look at it and get back to me”. Waited all day before calling them back where I was asked to take photos…of what? My original curtain that was left in a pile on the floor or the new curtain that the installer took with him? I was then told I’d have to go in store to re-select my curtains and that I would have to wait at least another 6+ weeks for the curtain to be made. When I asked for a refund I was denied and told “we don’t refund money for custom made curtains” even though they got my order wrong!! They then called me back the next day to say they can sew the two pieces together…absolutely not! I wanted ONE full piece, not one with an unsightly seam down the middle. I re-iterated that it was also the wrong colour and now they’re trying to charge me to make another curtain even though I’ve already paid for the curtain! Oh and they still wouldn’t refund my previous payment. Then spoke to management two days later, the manager, Summer, wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say, spoke over the top of me, making me upset, then when I mentioned it was their employees mistake and I wanted a refund, he hung up on me! They’re now not answering any calls at all! Worst experience and worst service from a head office ever!! I will NEVER recommend curtain wonderland to anyone!!

Hello I ordered Custom Made 3 months ago. Was told several times regarding fitting time and dates. Finally they weren't what I ordered and one pair was a meter too short and the second piece was a meter too long. The rod was a meter too short and not enough sliders for the hooks to be fitted to curtains. I paid $2,300 for my curtains and look like a child had made them. The person Tracy who did the measure and quote had no idea what she was doing. She works in the Mackay store. I am going to get a Solicitor to Sue them for my money back. Sorry I did not read the reviews first. Debra

Ordered online, duplicate payment taken from my credit card. Have been chasing head office to return the money since the 10th May. Have been told 3 times now it will be processed and has been sent to the accounts team. Find out today that it hasn’t been sent to the accounts team at all and they will refund tomorrow. Heard that before! I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC as not only have they taken money that is not theirs and is earning interest on my money, the customer service from head office is disgusting. I would buy from Curtain Wonderland ever again.

I will struggle to put into words how poor my most recent experience has been with this appallingly unprofessional organisation. I had ordered curtains in 2021 from Windsor and they had arrived late (COVID so that's OK) however they were fitted fine so I went ahead in February this year and ordered similar curtains for my three bedrooms.It is now mid August and I still have not got curtains for two of the three bedrooms. Attempts have been made to fit these on four occasions dating back 3 months and each time they have been too long, too wide or too short in both bedrooms. On one early occasion, the curtains for the second bedroom were over 1m too wide!! I have to chase them to get anything done and as of time of writing I am STILL waiting for a date for a FIFTH attempt to fit the curtains.Peta, the lady I deal with, fails to call me back constantly and I am sure that although I remain polite with her, is now screening my calls. The Windsor store, from whom I purchased the curtains, insisted that installation was nothing to do with them and it took a long phone call with Glenda and me begging for assistance for her escalate the matter. Ultimately, this has been of little use.Additionally, the curtain rails in the main bedroom were incorrectly placed so now I have holes in the walls and when the installer removed an old rail in the second bedroom he ripped out a stubborn screw and broke the wooden frame.I have received no apology, no explanation or any call from senior management regards this matter and it has been outstanding for SIX MONTHS. Staff are polite, but have ultimately been utterly ineffective at providing 4 x lengths of fabric to cover two bedroom windows.Please, if you are considering putting in curtains or other window coverings in your home or business - do NOT use Curtain Wonderland - take your business elsewhere.Disappointed, upset and still have no curtains :(

I purchased tracks and curtains some years ago which was a drama. Wrong size, reordered, long wait etc.... But overall happy at the end. However, I now have broken toggles and a bracket that I need replaced. As the Canberra store closed some time ago, I thought I called Head Office, but was put through to Central Coast store. Incredibly rude. Talked over me constantly and said that as they are custom made they can't help.... excuse me? Why? No excuse. She hung up on me?This was our first major purchase on our new house and was a lot of money. I would have expected 1. Quality product 2. Customer service.I just called Head Office again and got an answering machine? I wonder how long before I get a call back?

Went into morayfield store on sat so excited to see sales sign..lady was busy but young boy leaning on the counter totally ignoring me..l cleared my throat and he looked up and said yes..l said yes what and walked out..rude young person..went back in on Sunday.. 2 lovely ladies in there bent over backwards to help..

We have 20 sheer curtains in our house from Curtain Wonderland, and like others, the material sewed into the top portion of the curtain to hold its shape is disintegrating on every single curtain. Save yourself the many, many hours you'll loose vacuuming up the remnants of the 'material' that will rain down and cover everything in the vicinity.This 'material' is polypropylene which is very susceptible to thermal degradation even at normal temperatures...Why/How it was ever used to line any part on curtains is beyond me.My advice? Just don't.
