Great and excellent place for my daughter to be there and they are very organised so clean and everything is well done and beautiful faces all over the place

A wonderful place where kids can grow and learn. My kids are very happy each day.

My 4years is going there. The educator are very helpful and qualified. I like their educational activities, which is very helpful for school going children. And the owner Ms Yolanda is a wonderful person.

My son had great 3 years at Mickey since he was 10 months old, we had to moved on because we moved to different area. The owner Heba is super nice! She always listens to my feedback and tried to accommodate us.

Beautiful centre, amazing owner. So thankful and appreciative for everything they do. I love the photos of the activities they do with the kids and the educators are very kind and nurturing. Thank you for everything you do.

New management is just as worst as the last management. Director over charging more than triple the price with ccs. Only 1 educator to care for the kids from 7:30am onwards which is concerning when you bring your kids that are very clingy and they’re crying and screaming on the one educator. Do not recommend! Glad I took my kids out.****Now I have outstanding fees, when I have paid up to date. After taking my kids out you’ve hit me with $722 as “overdue” fees. This is what I mean. I even asked you to explain to me how you calculate my fees and you said you don’t know. You put all the info into the “system” and the system calculates it for you. Isn’t that funny? You charged me $273 for their first week of school for 3 days. And then the next week $33 for 3 days??? Like I said many times, that nothing within my ccs circumstances have changed except for your “random overcharge fees” nothing has changed, the percentage and hours haven’t changed and still you keep pulling random numbers up.My kids are in another centre with the same fees you charge and the numbers they have given me to pay have been consistent and understandable.I was not the only parent with children at best foot forward who had issues with the overcharging fees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTRE BASED ON EXPERIENCE! YOLANDA HAS UNDERSTOOD THAT I HAD MANY ISSUES EACH WEEK WITH PAYMENTS THAT DO NOT ADD UP. ONE WEEK SHE WILL HAVE YOU PAY A FEW HUNDRED AND THE NEXT A FEW DOLLARS. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE AS MY CCS HAS NOT CHANGED AND THE NUMBERS ARE GOING UP BY HUNDREDS. Now that I’ve removed my kids apparently I owe $722?? At one stage you put my kids down for 5 days and you knew very well I only asked for 3 days. Anyone would be confused with this kind of info. Instead of ripping off parents and adding incorrect fees why don’t you use your time to fix the “system” your centre calculates everyone’s ccs. If I didn’t have a problem with this centre I wouldn’t have left a nasty review. But since removing my kids and finding a better childcareI can see the difference with the fees and how much you’ve overcharged me when my ccs has not changed.
