I usually do not leave reviews, but I am doing this time so that who ever reads this know about my experience at this salon and then they could decide if they would like to visit this salon.I Had really bad experience at the salon, I showed up an hour earlier than my booking to get a hair cut and colour. The time I entered I’ve been hearing that the staff was running out of time. I showed what hair cut I wanted, chopped up my hair but no where close to the haircut I was looking for, and the hairdresser I booked my service with left in between. One of the other staff did my hair colour and Tsection foil and did not apply toner after the hair wash, I asked for a blow dry as my hair was dripping wet and she refused to do so, never seen anything like that in any other salon I visited so far, I had to leave the salon in wet hair that was absolutely ridiculous, also there was hair dye stain left on my forehead that won’t go, asked the staff if there was anyway to remove this, she responded back saying that she can’t do anything and it would go when I wash my hair. I had to go out with my kids after the appointment but the stain was so bad that I had to cancel my plans. I told the lady that if she don’t give me a blow dry how would I know what my hair cut and highlights are like, she responded back that she cannot help me with that and told that they did very good job. It was quite shocking and frustrating. When my hair dried it was rough and the highlights did not show well. The charges are high and service is worse. Very unprofessional staff, they only give priority to their friends/clients. They do not believe in customer satisfaction. Worst experience I had so far. Would definitely won’t go back to their parlour and won’t recommend anyone else as well. The staff is unprofessional especially the one who did my hair. If anyone want to have a good haircut and colour there are other good places you can go, not this one for sure.

Absolutely BEST value haircut - I have long straight hair and was just after a trim to clean up the split ends. Many other places quoted me $50+ but I got exactly what I wanted here for just $35! Super cute little shopfront, cosy interior and the ladies are lovely. Definitely coming back here again.

Got a hair trim the other day and was very pleased with Laura s service. She took his time and effort to make sure my hair was perfect.

I rocked up early to my appointment and they were ready to go right away. Lovely service and very quick in and out. My new cut is perfect and just want I wanted. Big thanks to stylist Laura for her great work if helping me pick my style. This place is so cute and so affordable. I will definitely be back again for my next cut!

Friendly hair dressers that take care to fulfill clients wishes. I Had my hair dyed and cut and I've been getting lots of compliments since.Of the people I watched get hairdos all of them came out looking fabulous.

I went in for a trim and the hairdresser spent the whole time complaining about the texture of my hair. I have dry ends due to damage from highlights, which I am well aware of. I explained to the hairdresser that I have tried many products and none have worked and stopped engaging in the conversation as I wasn’t interested in hearing any more about it. The hairdresser continued criticising my hair and complaining about it being difficult to cut. All I wanted was to have my hair cut in peace. On top of that the hairdressers were gossiping loudly about a previous client and criticising her hair too. I won’t be going back.

tried to charge me an extra $20 (appointment was $30) because my hair was apparently a couple of centimetres too long to be considered a men’s haircut. have usually had a pleasant experience at this salon but after today i will not be returning

Loved loved loved my hair after they were done with it - the warmest most professional crew. I was a bit hesitant in trying a new place but the ladies here absolutely put my doubts at ease as they were lovely to talk to - I discussed which style would suit me best - and they were more than happy to comply. This is going to be my regular hair salon now. 10/10 would recommend!!
