I purchased a property a few years ago and have McAlister Realty managing it for me. They do regular inspections of the property, sending me photographs. Any problems with the unit, they will ring me straight away to discuss possible solutions. They took no time to find suitable, reliable tenants and just recently have done so again. Whenever I ring no concern is to small, they are happy to give advise. I love their friendly staff, they have been marvellous and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Very friendly and efficient. We really appreciated the way Leigh and Wayne went out of their way to assist us. Their help and advice was very much appreciated. We felt that even though we lived overseas they were looking after our Property for us extremely well. Our previous experience with another company was not as good as unlike Mc Alister Realty they seemed to favour tenants.We felt confident dealing with McAllister Realty and would highly recommend them.

Good real estates are rare but Mcallister Realty have been great. They get back to you very quickly and deal with issues within a week. The girls have been fantastic as they really listen to you and feel understood.

I was talking to Wayne about a property they had and he told me he was going to send some paperwork via email.The email never came and Wayne proceeded to ghost all my calls and emails.When I called the business directly, they answered and put me through to Wayne. Wayne answered and when I spoke, he pretended he couldn’t hear me and hung up. When I called back the business had blocked my number.There are so many other Realtors in Hervey Bay, go to any one of them and I guarantee you’ll have a better time than here.Also, a lot of reviews here are from fake accounts. You can tell because they post a 4 or 5 star review and then never use the account again.

Really genuine service from genuine agents. Wayne gave us back some hope when we thought there wasn't much left which we found so very rare in today's rental climate. My first recommendation to anyone put in a hard place. Thank you Wayne.

During sale of a property for myself the staff of McAllister realty shared personal and private information about the sale with the tenant of the property without my permission. The owner of McAllister realty has been contacted about this but will not return my calls or emails. The tenant is also very upset and confused .
