I ordered a carport from Dondex for a rural property that I own and use as a weekender. Having paid fully for the kit, they delivered the kit to a random open piece of land on my neighbour’s property(which in rural NSW is a few KMs away). I don’t have the machines on site to move it. After a few weeks they agreed to come back and move it if I am there to meet them. I took some time off work and waited most of the day. They didn’t arrive. I then got a short email saying that they would prefer if I just interact with their shipping company (no details supplied). So at this stage my neighbour has a pile of metal he doesn’t want that I paid for. Awesome, thanks guys. Hopefully after I have rented an excavator to move it, all the pieces are there.

I was going to get a contractor to erect for me. However after Dondex send me my plans and instructions. I decided to do it myself. They made it to the exact specs and had no problems at all. I will use them again in future and totally recommend them to all. Very happy customer! BTW They where substantially cheaper that the other quotes I got.

Dane and Andrea are so helpful and such nice people. Able to provide quotes on their standard stuff or if your after something a little different they are willing to sit down and do a complete design. Had a 6x4 home office delivered in kit design at the start of this year and will soon be getting a large 13x11 structure. My builder commented that they are some of the best provided plans he has seen for assembly of a shed. Get a quote, or at least talk with them, you won't be disappointed.

We purchased a 6 x 3.5 metre panel form shed for my father from Dondex in 2016. There were two of us building the shed (capable handymen). The panel form makes it so easy. We looked around at a lot of companies and in the end we visited the display and saw first hand the quality of their sheds. Add to this their genuine nature and willingness to answer lots and lots of questions. In the end there is not a lot of difference in pricing around town so it's the little things that make the difference. Confidence in the people you are dealing with makes all the difference. I was prompted to make this review after all this time because a new neighbour recently purchased a brand name shed (the ones that advertise on TV) and it simply does not compare in quality with Dondex. It was a supply and constructed and they had a number of issues which no one should accept. If your are getting a shed do yourself a favour and visit Dondex.

Took months and months to be delivered ( COVID excuse used of course).When it was finally delivered it wasnt even delivered complete. It took 3 deliveries over a month to recieve it all.And that was after I myself had to constantly ring up finding out what was going on.Don't leave messages as the do not get back to you. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.Such a poor excuse to blame a courier you assign to use. As a company you choose to use the assigned delivery company so it's your responsibility and name face to blame no one but your company for your poor service.
