I initially got in touch with Nathan from Executive Building Group to help us build a duplex in North Ryde, after reading all the positive reviews on Google.Although we are unable to build the duplex at this time after gaining council approval due to market conditions, I have been extremely impressed by Nathan's extensive knowledge, responsiveness, advice and honesty.Nathan guided us through the process and referred us to a great design company to design and get our plans approved under CDC. He worked closely with us and the designer to ensure that we would meet our investment objectives and save on building costs where feasible, whether it be through an intelligent selection of building materials or avoiding certain roof structures.I recommend anyone looking to build a custom home/duplex to contact Executive Building Group. I look forward to getting in touch with them again in the future when we are ready to build.

We are delighted with our build by the Executive Build team. They did some amazing work even completing the build in 10 months, 1 month before the scheduled completion time, which we were extremely happy about. It was a large and complicated build, but they took this in their stride and got the work done. The finishes say a lot about a builder, and this was finished extremely well and to a very high standard. Of the most important things for us on this build, was not to go over the contract price but even with a very high-end finish this came in exactly in budget. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done, they were very thorough and all minor snagging was taken care of on completion, and they have even returned since to make sure. Would recommend to anyone looking for a custom build and price wise was also very reasonable. We will certainly be using them for our next project.

EBG did an extension renovation for our house in 2020 just as we went into Covid lockdown. Despite the challenges this brought, the team at EBG did a great job with our renovation and got the work done in good time!The best part of working with EBG was the full and detailed tender prepared before work commenced, accounting for almost all costs up front so there were no nasty surprises!Nathan particularly has always been helpful and responsive.I would not hesitate to recommend EBG to anyone looking to complete a renovation or home build.

Nathan and his team at Executive Building Group built our extension, this included a new living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry.During their time with us, the team worked meticulously and industriously to keep any stress or concerns we had at bay. In particular, any queries we had were handled professionally and aptly; Nathan was always responsive, ensuring his explanations were clear and detailed and no question was too difficult or silly. Equally, EBG’s Project Manager, Sara was knowledgeable, dedicated and efficient; Sara ensured all works were organised appropriately, using her experience to advise on design ideas that were pragmatic and aesthetically pleasing. Like Nathan, Sara responded to our emails at all times, day/ night. The boys onsite, Jerred and Mitch were also wonderful; Jerred made sure we were ‘happy’ at all stages of the work and Mitch was always friendly and professional and willing to help beyond what was expected. As a team, they made us feel safe, when our house felt exposed during the demolition stage and when many sub contractors came onto our property for work. We are deeply grateful for their outstanding work; our new space is beautiful and our quality of life has improved significantly.We have recommended EBG to many of our family and friends, and will continue to do so. Nathan and the team did a quality extension on my split level home. The project was completed within budget and on time. Nathan is easy to deal with and answers all your questions and addresses any concerns.

We built our first home with Nathan and Executive Building Group in 2019. As this was our first build we spent a lot of time speaking with and researching builders. After accepting a tender with another builder, there was a significant delay in the time it took for them to prepare our contract. It was during this time we decided to have a look at a custom builder 'just in case'.Needless to say it was one of the best decisions we had made concerning our home. Not only did EBG get back to us quite quickly, but Nathan called me personally and we spoke over the phone for about 45 minutes discussing our plans and what we wanted out of our home. He was professional, reassuring and forthcoming with what they did and what we could expect with them as our builder.Not only were we able to have a custom plan that ticked all the boxes in terms of inclusions and price, we had a house that took maximum advantage of the size of our block (12.5m wide).Overall, we were more than happy with the level of inclusions for the price, and had some finishes we wouldn't expect from other project builders.During the build, the team at EBG were responsive and always returned our calls and emails in a timely manner.I also remember speaking with Nathan to tell him we were going to accept the tender and move to contract. He was genuinely happy and appreciative that we chose him to build our home. He carried that excitement right through our build, and handed over our keys ahead of schedule.

Nathan helped us with an extension at our place. Nathan is great to work with. He is very professional and does not shy away from addressing any of our concerns. I felt that he genuinely cared about his customers and does what is best rather than what is easiest. And he also gave us a great price! Very happy we went with Nathan.

We built out first home with Nathan & Executive Building Group. We had issues with other builders initially. But after meeting Nathan we felt at ease. We were listened to. We were respected & we had a voice. Other builders spoke over our voice in the past to convince us what they wanted should be what we wanted. Ill be forever thankful to Nathan for holding our views in high regard & listening to what we wanted.Our build in the Kellyville area is the talk of the street. The structure is very attractive, we find the quality impeccable, the design phase was a very enjoyable process & we’re glad we followed Nathan’s advice at the planning stage as we wouldn’t have ended up with such a great result had we not taken his experience & advice on board.
