The lawyer I had from this firm was great to begin with. But never wanted to go that extra mile at court. Would not allow me to file a contravention of breach which cost me 5.5 weeks of my son's life and he was only 2 months old at this stage!!! He then bailed on me because I was over my son's life being put at risk and him not doing anything to help me. He refused to get the matter brought back to court sooner when my ex contravened the court orders for a second time.Do not go here if you want a lawyer who will go the extra mile. Or want one willing to go the extra mile for you and stand for what YOU believe in no matter how it might make him look. You want a lawyer willing to sacrifice themselves for you.I did a better job representing myself in court with no legal degree yesterday than what he would have done. I got to add things he wouldn't let me put through the courts and the judge actually found them valuable!!

Waters Lawyers helped me recently purchase my first home, Emma and Lisa are so helpful, always respond to emails very quickly and always happy to see us when we popped in! Made the process very stress free and I will recommend to friends & family.

My family used Waters for probate of my parents estate and conveyancing and we found them to be unprofessional and incompetent as they took an extended period of time to deal with our request that was time sensitive and then refused to finish finalising the service when we raised a complaint and refused to service us any longer. We were billed for the time they took and then we still had to have our request successfully filled by another company in 3 days that was not even achievable in 10 days by Waters. So disappointing.
