Azzabern Animal Transport

To be frank, the whole process with Azzabern Animal Transport was absolutely disgusting. We were told by them that their communication was second to none. There was no communication what so ever (other than a tracker which sat in the same spot for hours) until we rang them to ask where the hell our cat was. When they finally returned our call they were nothing but rude my wife about where our cat might be, and then lied to us and told us it was on its way when in fact, the driver told us after we finally got in touch with them, they hadn't even picked her up from Brisbane yet! We were also told that our cat would be well looked after as it was costing us a small fortune to send her from NSW to Maryborough, and we were told that she would be placed in a large cage so she can walk around, but upon arrival, she was still in the tiny little cage we delivered her in and she hadn't been fed any of the food we issued for her, the poor cat was stuck in that cage for 24 hours and was absolutely starving. Not only was she not delivered on time, she was dropped off at 10pm at night. So would I recommend anyone to trust in Azzabern to deliver their much loved animals? NOT A CHANCE!!!!!!!!

Michael from the team at Azzabern was amazing. Michael provided updates on where my pup was at. Mishka was a troublesome Border Collie getting into her water, thankfully Micheal gave me the heads up to bring a towel. She arrived great and looking happy. Highly recommended!

Really wanted to thank you to the team at Azzabern. From start to finish the service was sensational. I had personally never heard of Azzabern but they were recommended by our breeder. I received several emails from them prior to the transport day to confirm and go through details. I was able to pay prior to the day at my request. On the delivery day I received several sms messages from the lovely driver Michael throughout the day regarding estimated arrival time updates/traffic updates, and even a photo of my furbaby on the way. It made the day go so smoothly and stress-free so Thank You! Highly recommended!

Azzabern were amazing with the transportation of Marley our pup from Australia to Singapore, there were some hiccups along the way (out of anyone’s control) and they were there every step of the way to ensure our pup was well looked after and delivered to us safely. Highly Recommended!

Highly recommend Azzabern Pet Transport, we have had 2 Bulldog puppies sent with them one up north and one to NSW and couldn’t have been more easier to deal with. Being it was our first puppies we have sent interstate they totally put our mind at rest the whole way through. Will definitely use them again.

I just wanted to express huge thanks and so much gratitude to Michael from Azzabern Animal Transport from me and my whole family, who have been missing our beautiful Harley boy for over 8 weeks, for getting him safely back to Melbourne. We left him with my Mum in Nowra, NSW and went to Tassie for a 2.5 week holiday and came back to lockdowns and closed borders.Michael was able to not only accommodate a great Dane, but it ended up being less than a week from first contacting him to having Harley home. Sure, we got lucky with the timing of the run and space in the trailer, but we're still so thankful.Thanks Michael! Harley very quickly settled back in with his best friend.As people who consider him just one of our kids it's been hard being separated from him for so long.We absolutely wouldn't want to use anyone else if ever we need transport services again and will recommend Azzabern to everyone!
