Reece Bathroom Life
I have a non standard toilet seat. I bought three to test out, all had to be brought back despite Reece assuring me they’d fit. I even emailed my measurements (at their request) so that they could find me the perfect fit. Never heard back from them despite follow up calls. They don’t care about people’s needs, even after I followed up several times. Waste of my time and money.

Very helpful, great products and display and helpful advice. Just check whether the brand you are buying is an in-house Reece brand, an exclusive distribution brand (ie third party but Reece has sole distribution rights in Australia) or a third party brand, just so you know and can compare apples with apples.

My husband and I came into the store separately and both somehow experienced terrible service. With me not one person even acknowledged me (3 staffers in there) even though I was in there for a while and with my husband he had asked for help as we are renovating our bathroom and no one seemed to care. Such a shame as we’ve heard great things but unfortunately we can’t bring ourselves to now use any products!

Luke at Reece Bathroom Life was particularly helpful to us when we were choosing items for our full bathroom renovation in October 2022. We went back a few times, and each time we were very happy with the service that Luke (and the whole team) gave us. We had to return unused items and request a replacement item, all of which happened with the minimum of fuss. Good work!
