Odyssey Nails

I’d been using this salon for years (at least 4), in the last 6 weeks it has changed massively. I walked in at 10.30am this morning to see one customer in the salon asked to have SNS removed and applied. Was told very rudely sorry we’re booked out for the entire day. Irony is I’ve been advise bookin so how are they booked out at 10.30am! Worse thing was it was informed to me extremely rudely whilst she spooned food into her mouth not really bothering to swallow before speaking. I will not be back. On

Have done French tip here 2 times each time has been very good service. Lasts longer than other places nearby too.

Chirnside Park Odyssey Nails is my go to salon and has been for over the last 2 years. The Ladies are always bubbly and always up for a chat.

I have no words. If you ask for French Tip this is what you'll get, everyone laughed at me when I showed them :/

The lady made my finger bleed, and then I also asked for a pedicure, but got annoyed at me for wanting one, so she rushed it and my toe nails aren’t cut properly. She didn’t spend much time actually taking off the dead skin.I miss T. They said she is on holidays. She wouldn’t be happy at how the place is running.I won’t be going back there until T is back.

Service was terrible and rude. I got sns overlay, looks like a kid shaped them and they are very bumpy. Ws trying out a new salon and I definitely won't be going back.

Unfortunately very poor customer service - I walked in to be completely ignored for several minutes with only two other customers in the store. It was only when I was about to walk out that I was acknowledged, I asked if they had time for an SNS manicure and after the staff spoke to each other in another language they ignored me again before rudely saying “no she said” and shooed out with her hand. I understand they may have been busy and would have been happy to wait and come back but was not even given an approximate time. Will not be returning.

I went in today to get my acrylic nails removed and asked for a soak off. I got my nails removed yes, but they didn’t do a soak off instead used a paint palette spatula, nail tip and cuticle cutter scissors to peel off the acrylic like they were stick on nails and completely damaged my nails. there are deep crevices on a few of my nails and a lot of the nails are broken in some way. i would highly not recommend if you’d like to get your nails removed but i have no idea about any other services

Always lovely staff who provide excellent services. Particularly love the pedicures. The manager is very professional and funny! Highly recommend!

Really terrible service + experience.I understand it’s Christmas time and it’s extremely busy, however I was more than patient with waiting for my service to then have the most rushed and awful job of my shellac done that I’ve ever had, I was then made to wait even more ridiculous periods of time to have my toes shellac’d while people who arrived well and truly after me where looked after.I never ever complain, so for me to actually say something to 2 staff members highlights the job I received, and I was not offered even a small discount or an apology.Very disappointing, and some lessons in customer service would go a very very long way as this is generally the only place I go to for nails and I will no longer go back.
