First time here and definitely would come back. I got my nails done by two different people (a boy and a girl) and both of them did a very neat and good job. Appreciate their attention to detail and friendliness.

Before going in here I was a little hesitant as I’d only had a handful of good experiences with getting my nails done elsewhere, but they completely exceeded my expectations. My SNS was done to a high quality, the shapes and lengths are all the same and straight, they’re the right thickness and the colour she recommended was better than the one I chose. I also enjoy to not have to talk the whole way through so I can sit and enjoy the experience, and the lady who did my nails delivered genuine customer service that didn’t feel like pressured small talk. She was really lovely and easy to talk with so I guess it depends on the nail artist! Highly recommend and will be a returning customer for sure. The prices are also very reasonable and in line with the market.

The service is amazing and the employees are the most kind and welcoming! They accepted my walk in appointment for full set acrylic an hour before they closed (I didn’t realise they were closing so soon.) they didn’t rush but were efficient! The shape and colour of my set is beautiful and I’ve already had so many compliments. I definitely recommend their services ❤️

Great customer service and love my nails! Emily is the best, she did a great job with my nails, shape and length. I usually get shellac in another salon and had my nails always chipping and breaking and had my first walk in at Charm Spa and Emily suggested SNS and wow what a difference! Strong nails looking amazing for weeks! I’ll be coming back here from now on. Thanks Emily!

My first ever experience painting SNS on real nails and I have been back twice since than! Each time they have accepted my walk-in. The ladies are friendly, welcoming and patient but most of all complete an outstanding job. They have attention to detail, are highly experience and competent.I would highly recommend them!

I went to Charms Spa based on their google rating and I was definitely not disappointed. The space was welcoming, clean and modern. It smelt nice and fresh. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. My nails look fantastic and I put all my trust in my nail tech and I'm so grateful for her. Thank you so so much! I will definitely be back.

Amazing service and experience. I have been about 4 times now and have seen Cindy. I get a spa pedicure every time but this time I got my nails done. I showed an inspiration photo and wow did they deliver.She is such a wonderful person to be in the mail industry. She takes the time to ensure you are getting the best service possible.All the ladies there do an amazing job. It's always worth the trip over. Whilst you can just walk in booking would be better. If you pay cash you get a discount.

First and last time going there.I had come in with a couple of friends to do our nails for the first time and did not have a great experience, the lady I had was very rough with me and my nails ended up going completely different ways, bumpy, thick and uneven with lengths.Not to mention one if my nails already look like they're growing out because they were not done properly. Let's say I am not very happy with the cleanliness either, the tools she used look dirty.Do better.

Extremely good service. Very happy with the service, very friendly staff and gave us discount on acrylic nails. The result turned out exactly as requested. Very hygienix and the rates were very reasonable on full acrylic nail set with paint on $50 and ombre and desin $15.
