Requested and confirmed several times to have front tyres replaced than rotated to the back as they had the most wear. Instead they simply changed the rear tyres which were fine. A poor business practice which will prevent me going back again.

Some helpful advice:A) Don't swear like a bogan when you have customers waiting in the office;B) contact your customers if there's a problem with a job instead of just going ahead and doing something that I didn't want (and charging me for it);C) dont tell me that my tyre was buggered from driving on it whilst it was flat - it went flat in my driveway over the course of several days.D) don't tell me the tyre didn't have much meat" left on it when there was still 8mm tread depth left on it (yeah

Sorry wish I was able to give NO star rating...Would not recommend this place if you wish to be treated with respect and great customer service, as there is no customer service or respect just an owner who is to lazy to move out of his own way to help a customer.. owner is rude and arrogant. sold a Full set of tyres and within less than 7 months came in with an issues with one tyre and owner did not even want to help said he would look at it the next day, this was not done either.. so went a picked up tyre, taken to another tyre place and fixed on back on car within na half an hour.. Tyrewright need to look at their practices and how they treat customers..

Working hard while the rest of us holiday, I can't recommend these guys highly enough, they went above and beyond to help me out, and I couldn't help but notice that everyone I seen working there were smiling, they all looked so happy, a great tribute to a very professional and friendly crew.
